Smoking is strictly prohibited in building and residence. As you enter the home, there is air-conditioning in the bedroom that can cool the entire place. There are four modern ceiling lights with switches for kitchen, living, bedroom and bathroom areas that offer tricolor lighting by clicking switch on/off - bright, daylight and extra bright. Kitchen Kitchen includes coffee maker with filter, freshly ground coffee featuring a custom blend of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans from MinesBrew Coffee in Baguio, option of instant Kopiko 3-in-1 Coffee or hot water pot for Lipton Black Tea. Pool There is a PHP 150 per person charge, per day that will allow you access to use the pool per building management, see Front Desk / Security for access (see House Rules for more information).
