Xylophagou 3 bed House nr Ayia Napa

This is a large house for rent (1937 square foot) in the outskirts of Xylophagou village on top of a hill where there is always a breeze to cool you down. The house is in walking distance of several bars, restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops. The local pebble beach is only a kilometer away. Ayia Napa is only 10 mins away, with its wonderful sandy beaches and vibrant nightlife the house is 25 mins away from Larnaca Airport. Perfect for families, couples wanting to relax and unwind. The space This is a large 200 square metre house on a hill in the lovely Cypriot village of Xylophagou and can accommodate 7 . There are 3 large bedrooms with built in wardrobes. All bedrooms are air conditioned which are on a timer. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, Bedroom 2 has a double sized bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 large 110 cm wide single beds. There is also the option of a z bed mattress for an additional small child if needed. All bedrooms have balconies and come with bed linen included and blackout curtains to darken the room. Upstairs is the bathroom with a double sized bath, shower toilet and basin and we include one bath towel and one hand towel for every guest staying. Downstairs is a large open plan living area with sofas, tv and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need oven, grill, gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and frappe maker. There is a fridge freezer and a washing machine for you to use. Downstairs there is also an additional toilet and basin. The house has got a large garden with 2 large balconies one in the front and one in the back there is also a bbq and garden furniture for you to enjoy eating al fresco or just enjoy a glass of wine!!! There is parking for several cars on the property and we recommend a car to get the best out of your stay although the local bus service is cheap and frequent. A taxi to Ayia Napa will cost you between 15 and 20 euros. There are several excellent tavernas in the village serving local cuisine and several bars. So enjoy the best of both worlds a quiet place to sleep but close enough to Ayia Napa to enjoy all that the resort has to offer. New for 2024.
