Loft in Marseille

I welcome you with joy to this old and warm place, located on the highest floor (with elevator) of a historic building. You will feel at home here, in the heart of the city, with direct views of the Old Port and ND de la Garde. The space LeLoFt is located directly on the quay, in a 16th century building, it benefits from an exceptional location and an unparalleled view. Everything is done to ensure that you stay there in maximum comfort. LeLoFt is large (approx. 120 m2) and has 3 real bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets (one independent) to respect the privacy and tranquility of each, as well as large common and friendly areas. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms in the Loft, except for a storage room for linens and cleaning supplies. Space reserved for maintenance staff. However, you can use the washing machine and dryer on request if needed, in case of extended stays. Other things to note PARKING: There is a public parking lot nearby, located less than a 2-minute walk from the Loft. INDIGO Vieux-Port-Estienne-d'Orves. There is also a second public parking lot just a 2-minute walk away, INDIGO Place Charles de Gaulle. You can find the rates online. The elevator: It does not date from the 16th century, and it is not very spacious, but it does exist, which is exceptional on this side of the Old Port. Like all elevators, it can sometimes break down… As we are not responsible for these potential incidents, nor are we the owners of the elevator, we accept no liability in the event of a breakdown. There will be no compensation for travellers in the event of a breakdown. We are committed to informing our guests as soon as we become aware of a planned outage that will last... Which is exceptional! Note: Due to its location on the quay, the elevator starts on the 2nd floor and ends on the 5th floor. So there is a floor before and after this one. THEREFORE, this accommodation IS NOT SUITABLE for PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY, regardless of the reason. ( DISABILITY OR LUGGAGE TOO BIG TO BE CARRIED BY THE PERSON HERSELF...)
