Guest(s) must be fully vaccinated and will be require to show "Fully Vaccinated Certificates" while arrive at property. (Mandatory) 2. Supporting document such as Covid-19 Test result. (If Any) 3. Guest(s) must not have close contact with Covid-19 positive patient in the past 14 days. (Please note that UBER is not in service anymore for Southeast Asia countries) • Keep your precious items at safest possible place (At your own risk) • Appreciate to spend some reading time for the housing rules before stay in • Check out our guidebook for top destinations and places for foods • Please inform day before your check in and out time. • Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability • If you are checking out earlier you may place all keys and access card in our mailbox • Extra house keeping service: RM50 per visit (By request) • If you are driving to our home, kindly inform us one day before check in for us to arrange parking for you. • ONLY ONE access card will be provided (*RM250 will be charged if lost of access card) • Extra RM 200 deposit will be collected upon arrival and will be refund after guest check out. ____________________ • Get any available maps anywhere and consult our gallery and walk to the place to guide us. • Find grab, avoid take premium or no cab.
