…where children once learned to read and write, we would like to warmly welcome our guests. Haus Alte Schule can accommodate up to 10 people. A large natural garden surrounded by old trees offers space for people of all ages to rest, read, play, swing, romp... The surrounding Mecklenburg Lake District invites you to explore: cycling, visiting castles, music festivals from classical to fusion, lakes invite you to swim, fish and canoe... The space The first floor (approx. 160 sqm) with large fireplace room, open kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is barrier-free. The kitchen is modernly equipped, with induction and gas stovetop, fridge-freezer, oven and in addition a modern real wood-burning stove: for lovers, cooking is possible like in grandmother's time! The stairs lead to the attic (approx. 60 square meters): 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. 2 additional baby travel cribs are available on request. In the large spacious garden, everyone will find their place, and well-behaved furry friends are welcome on request. Or you can meet some of the guests from our smaller accommodations, the "Remise" and the "Wildhütte," with whom the garden is shared. In the economic annex there is a washing machine and dryer. On request, we will gladly provide bed linen and towels for a fee of €18 per person, to be paid on site. Final cleaning: €180 Guest access Washing machine and dryer in the utility room. Other things to note Children must always be specified, whether under 2 years or from 2 years, as outlined in Airbnb's general rules. The Alte Schule can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, including children aged 2 or over. If the number of people is slightly higher (as well as in the case of spontaneous visits), please contact us so that we can find a solution. Occasionally, the remise or hunting lodge are free and can be rented.
