**We are a safe space, inclusive of all!** 🏳️‍🌈 Our private, Euro-style studio apartment is a short walk to Colgate and the Village of Hamilton. You'll enjoy comfortable accommodations with a full size bed, Netflix, kitchenette w/cooktop, mini fridge, coffee/tea essentials, microwave, snacks, and all the equipment to prepare meals or relax over a cup of tea or coffee. The space Located just a block and a half from Colgate University and nestled in the Village of Hamilton, you can stroll to your destination or borrow one of our bikes! The Garden Studio apartment is aptly named because you are welcome to enjoy the lush and relaxing back garden with stone fire pit, picnic table and even a deluxe outdoor shower with giant rain head. If you are a bicyclist who is bringing their own bike to ride the rolling Central New York hills, consider this your destination as the host's husband is a bike nut and can help with simple tune-ups or repairs. Guest access The apartment is separate and private but you can feel free to enjoy the spacious and unique back garden. Other things to note Madison County Occupancy Tax A 4% occupancy tax will be collected and paid to Madison County. This nominal amount helps to improve the experience of visitors to the area and enhances local tourism.
