Nearby lake offers boating, paddle boarding & fishing ★Comfortable beds The space We proudly and directly manage a 5 star cleaning team that has been thoroughly coached in disinfection and sanitation. All touch points, surfaces, kitchenware and linens, including upholstery, are being disinfected and sanitized on a routine basis. Our guests' health and safety are our top priority. There is 1 spot available in the garage and additional cars may park in the driveway. From the main entryway, take the stairs to the 3rd Floor. Here you will find a fully loaded kitchen complete with Keurig coffee machine AND a regular coffee maker, gas range and oven, full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, crock pot, hot water boiler, blender, kettle and a dishwasher. We also provide pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, flatware and glasses. We provide K-cups, ground coffee, mini creamers, sugar, stevia and tea bags. There is an eat in kitchen bar for 4 and a dining table for 6. This connects to the open living area which includes DirectTV, DVDs and CDs as well as some popular shows and movies the owner has collected on the DVR. A balcony off the living area overlooks the mountains and trees. The balcony can also be accessed directly from the master bedroom. Enter the master bedroom through dual sliding barn doors. The master features a walk in closet, private master bath with his and her sinks and a private toilet room. There is a convenient half bath on the 3rd floor by the stairs. The 2nd floor includes a private bedroom with queen bed and DirectTV. A large open area has a queen size murphy bed, futon and kids bed. We provide a pack n play and kids high chair upon request and we offer an art board and various toys and games as well. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room on the 2nd floor and we provide an iron and ironing board. The 2nd floor also includes a full bathroom. Exit the 2nd floor level onto a deck with gas grill, table and chairs. PETS This is a pet friendly unit for with a minimal fee. Please message me for our pet rules ahead of time and to see if your pet qualifies for this listing. Your pets are free to use the backyard but you must pick up after your pets or a fine will be applied. We provide pet waste bags for your convenience. Guest access Guests may use all three stories of the house and 1 space in the garage. There is additional parking available in the driveway. Other things to note There is currently no snow removal at the lodge but we do provide salt and a shovel. Most vehicles will not have any trouble accessing the lodge during all seasons, but the lodge is on a dirt road which can be icy at times. This road is a school bus route and does get plowed. PET FRIENDLY: This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. Damage from pets will result in loss of deposit. There is an additional flat fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner's time. The cost of the pet clean is collected via Airbnb. If your stay is longer than five days, we collect an additional fee depending on length of your stay once your reservation is confirmed. We are happy to host both you and your pets! ADDITIONAL FEES: We have put so much work into making your stay perfect, and we value the time we have between guests to prepare for future guests. Please note that there are minimal fees for guaranteed early check ins or late check outs to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
