And Kyenton, Heathcote, Castlemaine, Bendigo are all short drives away. The heathcote winery district offers many celler doors. Everyone is friendly and up for a chat. Guest access Travellers are welcome to expore all aspects of the yard and take full advantage of the vegie patch if vegies are looking ripe and good for the picking. I usually only rent out the cottage but if you have a party greater than 4, I can accomodate extra people for $25 pp in the self conained unit out the back. It sleeps 5 and is very comfortable and warm. Plenty of wood supplied to keep the fires burning. It really is a wonderful get away. Other things to note Keys must be picked up at the Rural cafe in Redesdale and dropped off on departure. Please place all dirty towels in the bathtub. The cafe is open from 8AM TO 5PM and if you will be checking in later I will arrange a hiding place to pick keys up from. Their are staples in the cupbourd which quests are welcome to use. Warm jackets in case you forget to bring one up, as days are warm but nights can get chilly. I hope to hear from you.
