The view of the treetops, water and boats is a focal point of this large and light-filled room and its adjoining deck. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with European appliances including induction cooktop, oven, steamer over, and dishwasher. Covered deck: With its glass balustrade, the deck has a dining table which extends to seat from 6-10 people. Or relax in the corner lounge setting to watch the sunset over Pittwater. When you are ready for getting out an about, it's an easy stroll to the beach below, or to the Clareville shops, which include a café, wine shop, restaurant, and convenience store. One kilometre away is Clareville Beach, and it's 2 kilometres to the village of Avalon with an abundance of footpath dining, cinema, supermarket, and much more. Venturing 10 minutes drive north, will take you to beautiful Palm Beach, the lighthouse, golf course and its ferry wharf accessing several points to the national park across the bay and the central coast. Guest access Guests can use the 2-car carport, the front and rear tropical garden. Other things to note There are 3 public golf courses and 6 surf beaches within a 10 minute drive.
