The house is ~5000 square feet and is located on ~13 acres. The location is serene and quiet, with no nearby neighbors. The correct number of guests must be reflected in all bookings and inquiries. ALL guests must be registered. This includes temporary guests, such as friends or relatives stopping by. Parties and events are not allowed. The space The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is plenty of room for entertaining including 2 dining room tables (Can seat 6-8 people each) and a breakfast bar (seats 4). The backyard has a stamped concrete patio, fire pit, fire table, and a composite deck. There is a 7 person hot tub outdoors. There is also a 18' x 36' above ground filtered pool. The pool will open after Memorial Day-Labor Day (subject to weather conditions). The garage is insulated and heated. The home is pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard. The house has 2 levels: MAIN LEVEL & LOWER LEVEL. The MAIN LEVEL consists of the following: foyer, formal dining room, master bedroom (w/bedroom, full bathroom, & walk-in closet), great room, kitchen, dining area, his office, main floor 1/2 bathroom, craft room/locker room, laundry room, & her office. Foyer: The 6' x 12' foyer features a 7' artwork of Buddha. A coat closet is located around the corner, across from the master bedroom. This room has hardwood flooring. Formal Dining Room: The 14 x 11 formal dining room overlooks the front yard where turkeys and deer frequently graze. A chandelier hangs above the 44" x 82" counter-height table (36" high). The table can seat 6-8 comfortably. There are 6 chairs at the table. The room features a built-in granite-topped sideboard (74" x 20"). This room has hardwood flooring. Master Bedroom: This room is a total of 600 square feet. It is comprised of a 255 square foot bedroom, a 180 square foot walk-in closet, and a 165 square foot ensuite bathroom. The bedroom features a very elegant 4-post king-sized bed. The king bed is adjustable, with full head & foot articulation. It features zero gravity & TV modes. The bed has massage, under bed LED lighting, & USB ports. It is controlled by a wireless remote control or cell phone app. The bed has crisp white sheets & a comforter with duvet. The bed has 4 sleeping pillows. The room has a 65" smart television, a lounging chair, dual night stands with lamps, & a cushioned bench. This bedroom also has a 2-sided fireplace with glass tiling. The bedroom features large picture windows. It offers a beautiful view, over-looking the backyard and pond. You can often see deer and turkeys in the back yard. The bedroom is decorated in royal blue accents. The ensuite tiled bathroom features dual vanities with granite counter tops, a whirlpool tub, & a large tiled walk-in shower (6.4’x 3.8’). The walk-in shower has a built-in bench. The toilet features a bidet with adjustable water temperature, seat warmer, and warm air dryer. The 4' x 9' breakfast bar features a sink and a beautiful granite counter top. The island seats 4 comfortably. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a 29 cubic foot french door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker & water. There is also a stainless steel gas cook top, a gas double oven, and a microwave. The kitchen also features a 5' x 2' granite coffee bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, glasses, utensils, silverware, serving dishes, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, mixer, skillet, electric frying pan, etc. The kitchen has hardwood floors. Dining area: The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen. This dining area is in addition to the formal dining room. The dining area has a 72" x 42" counter-height table (36" high). This table can seat 6-8 comfortably. There are 6 chairs at the table. The dining area overlooks the backyard, pond, & deck. This room has hardwood floors. His office: His office overlooks the backyard and the tall pines in the side yard. This 11' x 13' room features 26 square feet of granite workspace and beautiful dark wood knotty alder cabinets. The desktop seats 2 comfortably. The room has a leather love seat for relaxing. Main floor 1/2 bathroom: The 7' x 8' main floor 1/2 bathroom has Jack and Jill doors and can be access from the kitchen/dining room area or the craft room/locker room. This room has a toilet and a sink and tiled floors. Craft room/Locker Room: The 17' x 8' craft room/locker room is located inside the garage entry and the kitchen. This room features 28 square feet of granite counter top workspace and comfortably seats 4. The room has 4 built-in dark wood alder lockers with bench seating. The room also has an appliance closet and an 8' x 6' walk-in coat closet with built-in shelving and drawers. This room has tiled floors. This room overlooks the tall pines in the side yard. Laundry Room: The 6' x 10' laundry room features a front-loading washing machine and front-loading gas dryer. The room has laundry tub sink and beautiful red granite counter tops. There are built-in storage cabinets and tiled floors. Her office: Her office overlooks the front yard and has a separate access door from outside. This 7' x 13' room features 26 square feet of granite workspace and beautiful dark wood knotty alder cabinets. The desktop seats 2 comfortably. The LOWER LEVEL consists of the following: Silver Bedroom, Lower Level Full Bathroom, Family Room/Gym, Kitchenette, Blue Bedroom (w/ensuite bathroom share with Purple Bedroom), Purple Bedroom, Gold Bedroom, & Storage Room. BEDROOMS: **All bedrooms are furnished with nightstands & reading lamps. Bedrooms are also furnished with clothing hangers, laundry baskets, and an amenity tray with bottled water, and bathroom essentials (such as lotion, make-up wipes, dental floss, bar soap). Bathrooms (with showers) are furnished bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, full-sized shampoo, full-sized conditioner, full-sized body wash, & a loofa. Additional towels & toilet paper are located in the cabinet under the sink or the linen cabinet. Blow dryers can be found in the vanity cabinets. Beach towels for the hot tub are located on a cart in the garage. Silver Bedroom: This area is a total of 300 square feet. It is comprised of a 168 square foot bedroom, a 66 square foot walk-in closet, and the 66 square foot bathroom. The bathroom is located directly outside of the bedroom (3 feet away) so that it may be accessed from the common area downstairs. This 12' x 14' bedroom features an ornate king-sized panel bed. The bed has crisp white sheets and a comforter with a duvet. The bed has 4 sleeping pillows. For additional comfort, the bed has a mattress heater with dual controls. There are night stands on both sides of the bed with built-in wireless chargers and reading lamps. This bedroom has a 55” television with a roku stick. The 11' x 6' walk-in closet features built-in closet rods, shelving, drawers, & laundry baskets. There are no personal items in this room so there is plenty of room to place your personal things. The closet is furnished with hangers, 2 white linen bathrooms & 2 pairs of vinyl house slippers for guests to utilize during their stay. This bedroom is decorated in silver/grey accents. This room window overlooks the back yard. Lower Level Full Bathroom: The 11' x 6' full bathroom is located directly across the hallway. This bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet, and sink. The vanity has granite counter tops and the floors and tub surround feature white tile. The bathroom is furnished with bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, full-sized shampoo, full-sized conditioner, full-sized body wash, & a loofa. Additional towels, bath mats, toilet paper, and a laundry basket are located in the linen cabinet. A blow dryer is located in vanity drawer. This bathroom is decorated in black accents. Family Room/Gym: The 21' x 21' family room/gym overlooks the back yard. This room has french doors leading to the stamped concrete patio. The family room has built-in dark alder cabinets and a gas fireplace with stone surround. This room is furnished with a leather couch (queen hide-a-bed), an end table, and a 60" television with a Roku stick. The room has a nacho cheese machine & hot dog machine for entertaining. The gym area is located in back. The gym consists of a treadmill, bowflex adjustable dumbbells, a weight bench with incline, free weights (10 lbs-40 lbs), & assorted fitness bands. Kitchenette: 12' x 11' kitchenette area has a wet bar with granite counter tops and a beautiful glass tile back splash. There is an 18 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. The area also has microwave, coffee maker and keurig. The cabinets are stocked with plates, silverware, cups, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, etc. This area also has a bar area with granite counter tops. This area has seating for 2. The area also has a popcorn machine and theater candy shelf. Blue Bedroom: This 260 square foot room consists of a bedroom and 2 walk-in closets. 13' x 14' bedroom features a king-sized wrought iron bed. The bed has crisp white sheets and a comforter with a duvet. The bed has 4 sleeping pillows. There are night stands on both sides of the bed with built-in wireless chargers and reading lamps. This bedroom has a 50” television with a roku stick. There are 2 walk-in closets (6’x7’ & 5’x7’) with built-in closet rods, shelving, drawers, & laundry baskets. There are no personal items in this room so there is plenty of room to place your personal things. The closets are furnished with hangers, 2 white linen bathrooms & 2 pairs of vinyl house slippers for guests to utilize during their stay. This bedroom is decorated in blue accents. The window in this overlooks the tall pines in the side yard. Similar to some hotels, this bedroom has a make-up vanity with granite counter tops, sink, & mirror. A blow dryer is located in vanity drawer. The ensuite tiled Jack and Jill bathroom with toilet and tub/shower is shared with Bedroom 4. Purple Bedroom: This 280 square foot room consists of a bedroom, walk-in closet, & ensuite bathroom. The 14' x 14' bedroom features a queen-sized sleigh bed. The bed has crisp white sheets & comforter with duvet. The bed has 4 sleeping pillows. There are night stands on both sides of the bed with built-in wireless chargers and reading lamps. The bedroom also features a 6' x 4' walk-in closet with built-in closet rods, shelving, drawers, & laundry basket. The closet is furnished with hangers, 2 white linen bathrooms & 2 pairs of vinyl house slippers for guests to utilize during their stay. There is no television in this room. This bedroom is decorated in purple accents. This room overlooks the back yard & lounging/hot tub area. Similar to some hotels, this bedroom has a make-up vanity with granite counter tops, sink, & mirror. A blow dryer is located in vanity drawer. The 7' x 9' ensuite tiled Jack and Jill bathroom with toilet and tub/shower is shared with Bedroom 3. This bathroom features white tile and blue accents. The bathroom is furnished with bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, full-sized shampoo, full-sized conditioner, full-sized body wash, & a loofa. Additional towels, bath mats, toilet paper, and a laundry basket are located in the linen cabinet. Gold Bedroom: This 10' x 11' bedroom features a king-sized bed. The bed has crisp white sheets, a comforter with duvet, and 5 sleeping pillows. There are night stands on both sides of the bed with built-in wireless chargers and reading lamps. There is no closet or television in this room. This bedroom is decorated in yellow/gold accents. This room overlooks the back yard & lounging area. Guest access The guests will have full access to the house, garage & yard. The shed will be off-limits. The sunflower field is not included in the rental. Other things to note ALL GUESTS AND PETS MUST BE REGISTERED, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is our home, treat it with respect. It is not a place to throw a party or an event. We need to have record of every person who steps foot on the property, including any temporary guests, such as friends or relatives stopping by. Every child & every pet must also be registered. When booking, you must make the reservation for every single person who will be present. There is video surveillance outside the house. If you or anyone else in your group is uncomfortable with video surveillance, we kindly ask you to book elsewhere.
