Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic! This Historic home was called the Workers cottage. Carla Walking or biking distance to downtown. I often bike to downtown and hit the bike trail to Sunset Marina a few miles away! The downtown is 2nd and 3rd ave. The cottage is 9th ave. Note: cottage is at 1915 9th ave. NOT what is on the map! Cant change! The address on the map is wrong. I cant change it unless I make a new listing. Some eagle eye guest noticed the signage on the cottage didnt match the map address! I can only chalk it up to old age! The address is: 1915 9th ave. It's a small green house with wood shake shingles. You can park in the skinny drive (I think it's made for a model T !!) Or on the road! I prefer driveway myself! Enjoy!
