No smoking, no vaping home. Pets are welcome with a non refundable pet fee ! The space This is a 1 bedroom bungalow with 1 bath. The door in the kitchen leads to the breeezeway that allow access to the court yard and to the side yard-the trash collection is behind the house in the alley. Laundry is in the basement. Other things to note Pet friendly- pet fee will be assessed after booking-$250.00 non refundable.
