Poonthanam riverside villa has a traditional kerala style architecture and is located in the village of Cheriyoor. It is a calm and quite place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The villa is surrounded by greenery and guests have exclusive access to the river. The suite room is located on the first floor. There is a caretaker and cook available onsite and meals can be cooked on demand. You might be sharing the villa with other guests. The space The A/C suite room has a private entrance accessed the stairs from the common hall. It is a huge room with space for extra mattress. Additionally, there is a sofa set and wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has an open design. There is a private river facing sit out. Guest access The bedroom (incl. en suite bathroom) and the sitout is private area for you. Any other space, other than the the other bedrooms, are for you to use. During your stay When a booking is confirmed, we will be available for you. If required, we will be available to take you around the place at a nominal charge. There are beaches, backwaters, temples etc around and if you want to go around and need a vehicle, please do let us know in advance.
