Charming and comfy design top floor ideal for couples, totally renovated and ideally situated right in the heart of Old City. Just 5 minutes walking from the island´s main public transport station . There are 2 more units in the same building, all belong to Poc a Poc Suites turismo interior. Completely equipped: powerful and silent ac, heating, wifi, tv-dvd, washing-dryer machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cooking equipment, hairdryer, iron +ironboard...all you need! The space Our third floor suite is perfect for a romantic getaway, featuring a large bedroom and multiple design elements over its 60 square meters. The bedroom features a large bed (150 x 200 cm) and a writing table. The kitchen and dining area offer both a counter and a table, while the living room includes a couch and television. The apartment has one bathroom with shower. The apartment is completely equipped: air conditioning and heating, wifi internet, flat tv, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, cooking equipment, linens and bath towels, guide books... A Pack N Play baby bed, high chair, and baby bathtub are available upon request, for no additional cost. The sunny Juliet balcony opens onto a charming old square, a wonderful location just a few minutes walking from all the historical city sights and the city beach and marina, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and markets. Our building is less than 10 minutes walking to Plaza de Espana, the main hub of the island public transportation, and less than five minutes walking from paid parking. Guest access Poc a Poc Suites occupies a 19th-century building that has been completely renovated, combining historic charm with modern comfort. Each suite features traditional Mallorcan exposed viga beams in the ceilings, and green window shades that you can throw back to enjoy lots of natural light. Our location in the heart of Old Town Palma cannot be beat. Our neighborhood offers the best of all worlds -- plazas, shops, and tapas bar bustle during the day, while night time brings quiet, peaceful streets. You can enjoy the view of the sunny plaza in front of the building from your window, or go downstairs and enjoy a coffee there. Dining options from inexpensive tapas to Michelin-starred restaurants are a short walk from your home away from home in Palma. We are within a fifteen-minute walk from any of the important historic sites of the city: the Cathedral, Almudaina Palace, Lonja, City Hall, Gran Hotel, and the beautiful modernist buildings of the city center. We’re also less than ten minutes walking either to Paseo Maritimo, where you can enjoy a ten mile stretch of the oceanside promenade, or Mallorca’s main transportation hub, from which you can explore the rest of the island. Mercado del Olivar, the biggest market in town, filled with food stalls and traditional, delicious (and great value!) tapas, is only five minutes away. If you rent a car during your stay, there is paid parking a five-minute walk from the apartment. Our boutique property consists of three large suites, each occupying its own floor to ensure your privacy and comfort. Each suite is over 60 square meters, and contains a sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Each enjoys considerable natural light (as well as darkening shades, should you want them), and modern, sound-dampening windows. We offer free wifi and climate control throughout the apartments, as well as washers/dryers and dishwashers. Occupancy is limited to two adults, and we can accommodate children; please get in touch with us for details. We note that the stairs at the building are quite steep and there is no elevator, it has not been a problem for anyone so far, but we always inform all of our guests. Other things to note The stairs at our building are a bit steep, like most in the Old Town, and there is no elevator, but so far we've hosted guests of all ages without problems. This apartment is on the third and top floor. This apartment has a Juliet balcony -- two patio doors that open onto a charming old square. The sitting area to look outside is within the living area of the apartment rather than a porch, but it is still a beautiful space to enjoy the weather and view. Our windows have wooden external shutters that keep out most light, as well as lighter pull-down blinds you can use for privacy during the day. There's no point in driving a car to explore the city, since most of the interesting sights are within walking distance of the apartment. There are severe restrictions on private cars in Old Town and the central transportation station is just 7 minutes walking from the apartment. On the other hand, to explore the rest of the island, renting a car is a good idea and we recommend using paid parking. The closest paid parking to the apartment is parking Saba Sa Gerreria, less than 4 minutes walking. Our check-in time is 3pm, and check-out is 11am. Please check with us to see if it is possible to drop your bags between 12pm and 3pm while the housekeeping service is cleaning the apartment. The plaza in front of the apartment is home to the wonderful cafe Es Pes de sa Palla, where you can enjoy breakfast or lunch until your check-in if you arrive early. As a legal requirement, I'll need the following information for all guests age 16 or older staying at the apartment: full name, nationality, date of birth, passport number and passport date of issue. We take great pride in offering personalized service 24/7 during your trip. We're happy to answer any questions you have about our property, and will be fully available regarding your reservation and during your stay in Mallorca. Full cleaning service is standard before and after your visit, with no additional cost. For longer stays, you will also have the amenity of an included cleaning service once a week at a time of your choosing, at no additional cost. A Pack N Play baby bed, high chair, and baby bathtub are available upon request, for no additional cost. We are happy to help with other baby needs; please contact us for additional questions. While the Poc a Poc team fully supports your right to party, this is not a party hotel. Although we're in close walking distance to a variety of restaurants and bars, our street is exceptionally quiet and tranquil at night. We ask that our guests respect the neighbors and our other guests, and leave the party at the club. The maximum legal occupancy for each of our suites is two adults or children over 12 years old (per island touristic regulations).
