Pretty little village house R+1 , in a peaceful area of Saint-Nazaire , close to all shops . Small village located 10 minutes from the beaches of Canet-en-Roussillon and Saint-Cyprien, 15 minutes from Perpignan and 30 minutes from Spain. You can get to Canet Plage via a cycle path from the house. I can advise you on all the places to visit and activities in the department, and I can also offer to rent you a stand-up paddleboard if you wish. The space The house comprises a large bedroom with a double bed upstairs, a bedroom with two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. A travel cot is available for young children, and there is air conditioning throughout the house, fitted wardrobes, a utility room with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small garden with artificial turf, a barbecue, a plancha, etc. Guest access You have access to the barbecue and the plancha Other things to note You will feel at home in this cosy and welcoming little house. We kindly ask you to respect the property, as my 10-year-old son and I live here the rest of the year, and to be careful not to disturb the neighbours. Failure to comply with the rules or damage to the property will result in charges for you, and in the event of a serious offence, we may even evict the guests. I do not charge a cleaning fee, as I ask guests to clean the property before they leave. The only service charge is for the cost of the cleaning products provided.
