Everything you need is a couple of minutes away - the beach, town centre, nightlife, shops, cafes, restaurants etc. The house is ideal for a group of friends or equally suit a family. A Smart TV is located in the living room. The space On the lower ground floor is the spacious kitchen diner which seats up to 12 people. Fully equipped with everything you need to self cater including a washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Smart TV. There is a separate entrance from street level if required. There is a rear outside patio area, but please note this is not accessible. On the ground floor is the living room which has high speed broadband and a Smart TV with access to Netflix etc. The first twin bedroom is also on the ground floor. Another twin bedroom and a double bedroom are on the first floor along with a shower room. Finally, on the second floor is a further twin bedroom and double bedroom together with a family bathroom. Smoking/vaping is not allowed anywhere in the property but there is a separate lower ground floor outside entrance area that can be used. NB this area has a low head height under the bay window. Metred parking is available on the surrounding roads and there is a car park in Kemp Town (BN2 1RG) which is three minutes walk away. The costs are around £18 for 24 hours (pay and display) and spaces are limited. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole house. Unfortunately, no events or parties can be hosted at this property - only the number of guests listed on the booking can be accommodated in the property at any time.
