The space ☀︎PET POLICY 1) Please Pick up after your pet and dispose in outdoor trash bin only. 2) No more than 2 allowed. 3) Pre-approval is required for ALL animals, even service animals. 4) Crate when left unattended. 5) Keep off all bedding: if your animal sleeps with you, you must bring your own sheets/blanket. 6) Bring a blanket for your pet to cover the living room furniture if your pet will be on the furniture. 8) Please do not bathe pets in tubs or sinks as this clogs the drains and may interrupt your stay. ☀︎ 4 Queen Beds & pack and play ☀︎KITCHEN & DINING Up to 6 person dining seating, kids high chair. Fridge, microwave, gas stove and oven, drip coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, and kitchen and dining essentials. ☀︎TV & INTERNET 55" HDTV Smart TV so you can log in to your own favorite streaming device! Internet 200mbps download and Netgear Orbi Mesh Router ☀︎ BATHROOMS 5 ft bath tub/shower combo with sky light and smaller stand up shower in master bath. Starter shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. ☀︎CLIMATE CONTROL Mini-split AC/heat system units located in the living room and 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a portable unit. Mini-split units have to be on the same function in order to work properly, either all on a/c or all on heat. During extreme weather, please give it 10minutes to start working. ☀︎FREE PARKING 1 car can fit comfortably in driveway. Plenty free street parking also available in front of the house. ☀︎OUTDOOR AREA Spacious fenced backyard with a brick patio and pergola. This area is a work in progress with regards to aesthetics but fully accessible. ☀︎LAUNDRY Located in the garage and accessed through kitchen. If we need to access the garage or backyard shed, we will let you know the day before. ☀︎ 28 DAYS 1) Cleaning every 2 weeks mandatory and a separate charge ($180 every 2 weeks is separate from the checkout cleaning fee). 2) STARTER items such as toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, and dishwasher soap will be provided & will be up to guest to supply thereafter. 3) LINENS & TOWELS- guests responsibility to wash and replace. Guest access Parking in the driveway as well as street parking. Other things to note ONLY PRE-APPROVED GUESTS ALLOWED TO STAY. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or LARGE GATHERINGS.
