This great bedroom is on a wonderful tree-lined street that is a 10 minute walk from ESU and downtown Emporia. The house is a two story late Victorian home with a great sitting porch. Most of the house has been remodeled or restored. The house has 2 shared, recently remodeled bathrooms, both of which have showers. I share the home with two very friendly dogs, Losi and Ava, who are always interested in making new friends! Guests will have access to all common areas within the house. I am happy to socialize with you during your stay, but if you prefer not to converse during your stay, that is also fine. Guests are welcome to call or text me with any questions they have during their stay. This is a wonderful older neighborhood situated within walking distance of ESU and downtown Emporia. The house is shared with 2 dogs and a cat.
