Linney cottage is entirely on the ground floor and, like The Old Stable, is ideal for someone who finds stairs a challenge. The lounge/dining room has two comfortable settees and a flat-screen TV with Freeview. The cottage is electrically heated and has supplementary heating if required. One step down from the lounge is the well-equipped kitchen, which has a built-in oven with a ceramic hob, a fridge, a microwave, and a plinth heater. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both accessed from the lounge, with hotel-quality, pocket-sprung mattresses. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a heated towel rail, a fan heater and a shaver point. There is a lawned area to the side of the cottage, with a patio table and chairs, which is an ideal area to spend quality family time in a safe environment. We are happy to accept up to two well-behaved dogs, over 1 year of age, by arrangement. Parking is conveniently just outside the door. Guest access You will have access to the whole of Linney Cottage and the grounds along with a field walk and play area.
