The sunny apartment is located in a residential area next to a small garden on the 2nd floor. Nearby are the CTM bus station, small supermarkets and restaurants, laundry service and the hammam "Rita." It is just under a 10-minute walk to the beach and another 20 minutes to the Medina along the beautiful beach promenade. On the 2nd floor there is another apartment of the same size, on the ground floor a slightly smaller one. A sunny roof terrace is available for the guests of the 1st and 2nd floors. Other things to note Cleaning: Cleanliness in the apartment is very important to us. If the stay is longer than a week, an additional cleaning can be requested. This costs MAD 180.00, payable on site.
