It has a rich cultural history, and in summer there are varied evening entertainments, including exhibitions, concerts, wine tastings and the famous Wine Festival, not to mention a great selection of restaurants, most of which offer choice fresh Dalmatian dishes, while a few have more exotic menus. There are numerous beaches within walking distance, most of them rocky, some of them sandy as the only one on the island, a nice resorts where you can spend whole day:)
