Please note that our property is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties/eventsOne-night stays are only released occasionally around one month before arrival and are accepted at our discretion. We do not allow groups or party-style stays for these bookings. These dates are for couples and small families only, with previous positive Airbnb reviews. We are perfectly situated in the heart of Cleveleys, Lancashire, right on the promenade where Disney's Star Wars series, Andor, was filmed! Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find all the amenities and transport links you need. Blackpool, Blackpool North Train Station, and Blackpool Victoria Hospital are only a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, the classy cocktail bars of Lytham St Annes and Poulton-Le Fylde are just a short drive away. Conveniently, the tram stop is a mere 5-minute walk, allowing you to easily explore local attractions along the promenade. Inside, you'll find a 65-inch smart TV with a soundbar for your entertainment. A small little family business, this retreat offers guests the entire townhouse to themselves. Other things to note Frequently Asked Questions: • Do you provide towels? Yes, we provide two towels per guest, including a hand towel and medium towel. Additionally, we offer hot tub towels, kitchen towels, and extra hand towels for the bathrooms. • Is early check-in possible? Typically, early check-in is not available as our dedicated housekeeping team requires time to clean and prepare the property for your arrival. However, you are welcome to park early and explore the town, enjoy coffee shops, cafes, bars, or take a walk on the beach. • Can we have a late check-out? Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-outs due to our housekeeping team's schedule and commitments. You are welcome to leave any vehicles at the property and enjoy breakfast or activities after check-out. *Can we have a one night stay? our policy is a 2 night minimum stay. • Is an extra key provided? We do not provide additional keys as we have a secure lockbox on the outside of the property. This ensures that a key is always available in a safe location if you wish to leave the premises. • How do we collect the keys? We will leave the keys in the lockbox so you can conveniently check in yourselves. We will provide you with the code on the morning of your arrival. • Do you provide a travel cot or high chair etc.. ? For the safety and comfort of your baby, we recommend guests bring their own travel cots and high chairs etc.. Our insurance policies do not cover the provision of cots to guests. • How many cars can we park, and are there additional parking spaces nearby? You can park up to three cars on the driveway in front of the property. Please ensure that the third car is parked across the other two to avoid blocking them. It is important not to park over lines or on neighbouring properties or driveways. Additional parking can be found just around the corner on Beach Road, which is a short walk away and has no parking restrictions. • Is the hot tub covered? The hot tub is partially uncovered, which means your head may be exposed to rain. However, 80% of your body will remain in the water, so you can still enjoy the experience. • Is the hot tub private? Yes, the hot tub is not a shared facility. It is exclusively for the use of guests who have booked the property. Please note that neighbouring properties may have partial visibility into the garden area while you are using the hot tub. • Is the house shared with other guests? No, you will have the entire house to yourselves. There are no other guests or strangers sharing the property. • Do you provide condiments such as salt, pepper, and oil? Yes, we provide all the basic essentials needed for cooking meals, including condiments, sauces, and spices. • Do you have enough utensils, pots, and pans to prepare a meal? Absolutely! We have a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Just bring yourself and the ingredients. • Can we have visitors who are not staying overnight? For safety, security, and insurance reasons, we can only allow registered guests on the booking to be present at the property. Visitors or additional guests must be included in the booking. • Can we host a hen/stag or special occasion? We have had several occasions like this at our property, but please note that it should be a relaxed and quiet event. Parties, loud music, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited due to council enforcement. We have noise restrictions and require quiet at all times to ensure the comfort of our neighbours. Please note that we prioritise bookings from groups with previous positive Airbnb reviews to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and neighbours. We kindly request that all guests respect our home and neighborhood. • Can we stay in the garden/hot tub after 10pm? It is not allowed to use the garden or hot tub after 10pm due to council regulations. This restriction ensures a peaceful environment for the neighbouring residential residents. It is crucial this is respected:) • Can you accept a smaller deposit? Airbnb offers two options: full payment at the time of booking or 50% upfront payment with the remaining balance due approximately 5 days before check-in. We do not handle or receive any payments outside of Airbnb until after your stay is completed. • Can we do a direct booking? Yes, if you visit The Coastal Collection website, you can make a direct booking with us. As a local business in Thornton-Cleveleys, we can accept smaller deposits and offer installment options without any additional Airbnb fees. It's a special occasion, is there anything extra we can have at the home? Yes! We have made good contacts if you are looking to make your occasion that extra bit special! Whether it is a private chef, private yoga class, in-house spa day,massages and pamper parties, cocktail making, or even just baloons, they have you covered! Other things to note.. Please ensure all guests, whether staying overnight or not, are included in the booking. We accommodate visitors upon request, and it is important to register the total number of guests. We price our house on a per person per night basis. Please be mindful that this is a terraced house, so we kindly request keeping music subtle in the evenings. The use of the hot tub and garden area is not permitted after 10pm, as enforced by the council to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all residents. Wi-Fi Notice We provide complimentary Wi-Fi for guest use, but please note that internet access can’t always be guaranteed. As we’re not in a fibre-optic area, speeds can occasionally be slower, and service may be affected by weather or technical issues with local masts. While we do our best to maintain a stable connection, it’s outside of our control at times. If reliable high-speed internet is essential (for work, streaming, etc.), we recommend tethering to a mobile device as a backup option or we recommend you booking another property that can guarantee a good connection. Make sure to have the Airbnb App downloaded to easily contact us, and please only call or text our mobile phones in case of an emergency. *We do not provide toiletries in the bathrooms due to economical reasons and guest preferences. *Please note that we constantly update, improve, and maintain our properties. Therefore, there may be occasional changes to furniture, decor, hot tubs, and facilities that may not be reflected in the current photos. We strive to update them professionally as soon as possible.
