Our Sunny, newly built "Cozy House in Old Tbilisi” is a separated dwelling-house with: > Private entrance on the first floor; > Free Wi-Fi; > Safe central heating and air-conditioning; > 1 bedroom with King size bed (210X170cm) and kitchen; > Warm/cold water; > All necessary furniture, technique and vessel; > Little backyard. · During the Pandemic period, we were closed, that's why we have so few rates and comments, but from August 2022 we are still open and happy to be your host again. The space "Cozy House in Old Tbilisi" is located in the heart of old Tbilisi (one of the most ecologically clean area) the most popular area for our tourists. All the city attractions are maximum 15-20 minutes to walk. 7-minute walk to Tbilisi Botanical Garden, 15-minute walk to Freedom square/Rustaveli Avenue and 10-minutes driving to Tbilisi Funicular (Bus N 90, 124). It’s also close to Tbilisi Opera and Ballet State Theatre, Rustaveli Theatre, Georgian National Museum, Tbilisi State Conservatoire Grand Hall, The Parliament of Georgia ,Waterfall Legvtakhevi, Abanotubani, Sulfur Baths, Narikala Fortress etc. From here you can early discover, explore and enjoy the beauty of the old and new town. On our street there is a great choice of cafes, restaurants grocery stores and money exchange. Famous cafe-bakery “Entrée” is 4-minute walk from the apartment; Georgian Bread Bakery "Tone" in 2 minutes. There is also a bus station very close to our apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building. The apartment is newly renovated. The flat is newly equipped. There are two bedrooms (2 standard beds & Sofa bed) dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. We offer free WIFI, In the kitchen, you can find all the kitchen utensils, There is a washing machine in the entrance room, Air conditioning, we also have an iron with an ironing board. We provide the bathroom with soap, shampoo, towels, hair-dryer. Guest access We will meet our guests so they will have access to all parts of the House. The house is for 1 or 2 person.
