This bedroom has two twin beds & can comfortably accommodate 2. **Please note the beds in this room are built in beds and may not be comfortable if you are over six foot tall. The space Cozy home with wood floors, updated kitchen, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Located in an up & coming neighborhood. Updated home with lots of charm, charm, charm! All modern upgrades, with entrance to rooms right off the front of the house. Rent a room upstairs with shared bathroom. Access to laundry, the internet, cable, & street parking. Amazing landscaped backyard with big deck off the back of the house & bbq. Located close to freeways, minutes from downtown Royal Oak & Birmingham. Lots of cozy amenities big family room with flat screen tv, bright living room with bay windows, great kitchen, and most importantly private bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Guest access All guests will have access to kitchen, laundry, wireless internet, cable television, gorgeous landscaped backyard with big wood deck & bbq During your stay Moderate. I am a friendly outgoing person that loves to entertain and meet new people. My schedule is busy, during the week I do not have a lot of free time but the weekends I have off. I will respect my guests space expecting they will do the same Other things to note This house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. I am renting 1 bedroom on this listing but there are 2 rooms located on the 2nd floor there is a possibility there might be other guests at the time of your stay. Guests will have access to a shared bathroom- as well as have access to the entire house such as kitchen, laundry located downstairs, and the backyard. I have a Keurig coffee maker & plenty of coffee located In the kitchen guests are more than welcome to help themselves to whatever I have in the fridge or cupboards as I most likely will not be home when they awake in the morning. I should also let you know I have a cat, her name is Ruby- she typically enjoys being outside during the day in the summer months but during the winter she spends more time in the house. Hope this will not be a problem, she is an independent cat and will not bother your stay. However, if you are an animal lover she will be an added joy.
