This space is a beautiful, fully finished, spacious basement with 3 large rooms and nearly 2,000 feet of space to spread out and relax. Plenty of room for larger families or groups of 12+. 4 large beds, a futon, and 2 couches. Kitchen area, dining table, and 1.5 bathrooms. Direct access to the basement through a private entrance in the back. Plenty of parking in the cul-de-sac. (Please note that AirBNB does not have the option to list just the basement, so we had to select ‘entire place’). The space Come enjoy a cozy stay in Cedar City! So many outdoor attractions. Guest access Full basement available with 3 bedrooms. 4 large beds, futon, and couches. We do have a pack n play if needed. There is so much room on floors for more guests. Plenty of room for air mattresses as well. Closets are locked and a few rooms down the hall are also locked. During your stay I am happy to meet guests or give them their space. Whatever they prefer. Can self check in and check out as well. Other things to note You may not find a more open and spacious place for the price. We will do our best to keep the noise down. I watch kids often and we will try to make your stay as pleasant as we can.
