This charming, cozy beach home in Laguna Beach Florida (West PCB) is steps from the sugar white sand beach and crystal blue waters of the gorgeous gulf of Mexico. Spectacular sunsets and amazing gulf views from the front sunporch and master bedroom. Walking distance to the world famous Thomas’s Donuts and only 2 miles to Pier Park and all it has to offer. IMPORTANT: Reservations in JUNE JULY and AUGUST must book SATURDAY to SATURDAY, any bookings outside of this are subject to cancellation. The space The house offers two generic bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king, as well as one open concept sunroom with a queen bed and a full sized futon. The master has a connected bathroom and there is a middle full bath as well. The kitchen offers all the necessities as well as a toaster/air fryer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, spice selection, and more! There is a washer, dryer, and folding table for your convenience. We have also provided board games and some beach necessities (sunscreen, aloe, floatys, etc.) There are also ROKU TVs in every room! Guest access The main home, outdoor shower, grill, and full driveway are available to renters, this does not include the small outhouse and garage.
