Boats are separate rentals 16’ , 9hp motor full day $250. 14’ Ft Boat rental with motor 9hp $225 full day The space Escape to Tranquility at our Waterfront Cottages, some have private gazebos which are screened in and have table and chairs to enjoy meals in the open. Crab pots steamers also provided must have own seasoning clean after each use. Bring Drinks food and trimmings you will be all set. *linen can be provided if need for flat $50 fee for duration of stay there is no daily maid service but Owners will assist with a phone call make you as comfortable as possible* Guest access Common Grounds, parking for guest on grounds down drive way only. We have volley ball net, horse shoes, corn hole, swings , hammocks, Scenic Gazebos :perfect for reading or picnicking, relax under the stars. The kayaks, canoes, paddle boats are for guest to enjoy complimentary water activities. Private pier at the water front with chairs just waiting on you to relax in them. Boats for fishing crabbing available for Rent: Catch and cook your own seafood, steamers available, (boats are for rent not included with unit) the life vest are located in shed, please return after each use hung up position please. Other things to note Please be advised the Boat Rental rates 14' WITH MOTOR $225 day 16' WITH MOTOR $250 day Any boat returned uncleaned or not in condition as rented will be charged a $50 fee for cleaning. Same for the Cottages, if turned back over in unclean condition or not as you received the unit in there will be a cleaning bill minimum charge of $50 applied to final bill. There is a 10% tax on your bill 6% collected by ABB, the County Room Tax 4% will be collected upon arrival,along with linen fee if opted in or boat rental,etc. Thank you for your hospitality and kind consideration and care of our boats and units for the next customer behind you.
