Comandau 11

This is a 3 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms country home located in Transylvania, up in the Carpathian Mountains at 1000m altitude. The village of Comandau is surrounded by nothing but mountains and forest. It is the highest settlement in Covasna County and therefore the summer nights are chill and the winter has plenty of snow. 4x4 wheels are recommended during winter. The house is located on a 8000sqm land with direct access from the main road. The space The entrance is made through a mudroom where you will leave your shoes, coats, umbrellas and all your problems and worries. From the mudroom you’ll step into the common areas that are the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen is appropriately equipped with all you might need for cooking including spices, oils and other basics. The living room has a really comfy couch and 2 cozy armchairs. There’s also a small collection of books, we encourage you to read anything you find interesting but please put the books back in their place before you check out. We do not have a tv but we do have a pretty decent wifi. From the living area you have the entrances to the 3 bedrooms. Each of them has it’s own bathroom. The heating system runs on wooden pellets and the water comes from a well. Guest access The cottage and whole property is at your disposal to enjoy except the barn which is a storrage space. Other things to note Our entire house is for you to enjoy and we expect you to care for it as if it was your own. Please clean up after yourself and leave the cottage as you found it. No loud parties allowed here, no commercial shootings or filming, no gatherings above the home sleeping capacity, no shoes in the house, no tents or camper vans on the premises. Please respect the neighborhood.
