The space The apartment is situated around de waterkant and the city center and offers the convenience that comes with living close to the city yet still providing its occupants with a private, quiet, peaceful and safe home. The building houses a hotel and residential apartments and our guests will have access to hotel facilities such as a roof top heated pool, gym, restaurants and bars and security. The apartment boasts a view of the city and has a combination of luxury, elegance, comfort and functionality. The apartment is designed to allow the perfect separation of space with the bedroom and bathroom each having total privacy. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower separately built. Because we know how important a good night sleep is, we have furnished the bedroom with a king size XL latex mattress(cloud nine) and curtains designed to block out any external light. The open plan kitchen is fully furnished with Italian kitchen and laundry facilities (dish washer, washing and drying machine). The open plan lounge and dining are both fully furnished and decorated with style. In addition, the building has laundry facilities which our guests can access. The apartment also has a fully functional air conditioning system. For those hot summer days our guests are welcome to take a dip and relax in the building's outdoor swimming pool which also has sun loungers aswell as a fully equipped gym-convenient for those who want to work out when away from home without having to get a gym membership. For winter we have the airconditioning system that can be used to warm up the apartment and we provide extra warm beddings I.e blankets For our guests' business and leisure convenience we have equipped the apartment with uncapped wireless internet and a DSTV compact package. The building is also home to the Pullman hotel and has both hotel and residential apartments.
