Enjoy the beautiful hiking trails through our NH dune reserve in a different environment and enjoy the fresh air on the most beautiful beach in the Netherlands. In addition to the many tents on the walking routes with coffee/sandwiches, you can enjoy the best restaurants in Castricum and the surrounding area at the end of the day in the city center. The space Castricum and Bakkum are located on the outskirts of the wooded North Holland dune reserve near the North Sea beach. The coast is characterized by the natural environment with forests, dunes, polder landscape, beach and sea. If you are a nature lover or like "sporty" activities, you will find all the facilities here. The 90m2 apartment with balcony is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator available). Bicycles can be stored or charged in the storage room on the ground floor. The apartment has just been completely painted and redecorated. The apartment is very well maintained and is very clean. The entire house laminate except in the bedroom where there is carpeting. You walk from the bedroom directly into the bathroom. The bathroom has a large bathtub and a spacious shower. The bedroom with the double box spring (1.80x2.10) has a balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun The living room has a small French balcony where you can enjoy the afternoon sun with the French doors open. The open kitchen has a bar where you can sit. All necessary equipment is available (dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso), fridge with a small freezer, combi oven/microwave, sandwich maker, etc.) In short, a wonderful apartment. Guest access Storage room on the ground floor to store bicycles if necessary. (Electricity for charger is provided) Other things to note Around the complex, there is plenty of parking. In Castricum there is no paid parking, but in the center there may be parking in the blue zone between 8:00 and 18:00 for a maximum of 2 hours with a parking disc. (Parking disc is provided in the apartment) 150 meters walk from the apartment, you can park outside the blue zone. It is mandatory to pay tourist tax in Castricum. The rate in 2026 is €3.30 per person per night and this is not included in the Airbnb night rate.
