Mount View residence is a gorgeous renovated house at the bottom of Mount Leura. Walking distance to the beautiful shops, cafe's and restaurants of Camperdown. Fully equipped kitchen, Laundry and bathroom. Ducted heating. Outdoor area with a BBQ is the perfect place for a relaxing evening after a fabulous day exploring. Mount View is the ideal base for day trips, to the Great Ocean Road, Otway's or enjoy our beautiful town while exploring what our town has to offer. The space Mount View Residence's is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms home. Located just a short stroll from the main street. All bedrooms come complete with ceiling fans, bedlinen, blankets and towels. The Kitchen is fully equipped: including coffee Machine, microwave, air fryer, toastie press etc. Our Lounge has a smart TV with Central heating for those colder mouths to sit and relax on the leather Lounge and watch some Netflix's or just relax. Finally relax and enjoy the outdoor area with a BBQ and a glass of wine. Guest access "Mountview" is fully self contained and you will be the sole occupancy during your stay. Other things to note *Camperdown has 2 EV (electric Vehicle) charging stations near the police station in Bath St. just behind the Hampton Hotel. *Note "MountView" is NOT EV (electric vehicle ) compatible or compliant.
