Cozy studio. Queen bed & roll away if needed, 3/4 bath, micro., 42" flat tv with Prime Video. WiFi. Priv. entrance. Centrally located. Close to what brings people in the first place! 5 mins. from Talking Stick Resort/Casino & Salt River Fields. 10 mins. from Westworld. Close to dwntwn, golf tourneys, classic car auctions & shows, water park. Quiet neighborhood, quick access to the SR 101 fwy. Peace/quiet assured! PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING, INCLUDING HOUSE RULES before booking so no surprises. The space Spacious, clean, quiet and above all, private! Re-keyed after every guest. Steel security door on front entrance and every door has a deadbolt. We feel that privacy and security should be on the top of the list for our guests as well as ourselves. Plenty of room for a pack and play or a roll away bed (provided if needed) for an extra guest. Guest access Semi private patio in back, with gas bbq. (Smoking okay). Front patio with seating. (Smoking okay). Just don’t smoke near open doors or let cigarette smoke enter the unit. There’s free, safe parking on the street right in front of the unit. Other things to note First time travelers are always welcome. If this is your first stay on Airbnb, we do require a photo, government identification, email address, phone number and permanent city of residence on your profile for consideration to book. Unit is back to back with the garage but completely separated from the main living quarters. We have a quiet garage door opener. Some people may still hear it! On work days for us, the door will open and close between 6 & 8 am, and close for the night around 10 pm. Please inform us of extra guests staying. If you book for 1, we’ll assume there will only be 1 person staying. No problem! After 1, it’s a Minimal $10/night/extra guest. Unfortunately we’ve had several guests lose keys. We have extras but there is a $7.50 charge to replace the key, through Airbnb please (no cash).
