Issi's Place Mollymook Beach

The accommodation is situated in a detached 'Garden Studio' unit at the rear of the main residence. I am situated approx. 800 metres from the beach, shops, cafes & restaurants in a beautiful and quiet setting. The space I am approx. 800 to beautiful Mollymook beach. My setting is light and airy. Set in my gardens. An outdoor setting for you to enjoy. I provide local sourdough bread, organic butter, local honey and jam for a light breakfast. Microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge. Guest access Guests have private access to the 'Garden Studio', entering through a gate under the carport. Parking in the street is safe or guests can park on my front nature strip. Guests can enjoy total privacy from my home. Other things to note If I do not have another booking on the departure date, I'm flexable for guests to stay for the most part of the day and enjoy this magnificent area.
