Bathroom with shower/WC, seperate WC and kitchen are in the flat for shared use (flat consists of 5 rooms). There is a hair-dryer, washing machine and dryer for a fee in the bathroom and the kitchen has a coffeemachine (Nespresso), Toaster, microwave, water boiler, fridge, dishwasher and a ceramic glass cooktop. THERE IS NO OVEN! We dont offer breakfast, but there are 2 bakerys offering breakfast close by (5 minutes walk) The windows have roller blinds / roller shutters so you can completely darken the room. You can park your car at Nägelestr. or Hainbuchenweg for free, there is no private parking lot belonging to our house. Other things to note The room faces the garden and is therefor very calm. Please note that we are no hotel and therefor cleaning of the room, changing towels and lining during your stay is not included. If you like us to clean your room please ask us and we can arrange for a fee. Facilities for self-cleaning and washing are offered.
