Close to many activities in the Black Hills, skiing, hiking, Deadwood minutes away, Mt. Rushmore and more. The house has amazing mountain views, a natural backyard that does attract the local mule deer that will walk around the front, back and sides of the home's yard. They are harmless and fun to watch. We have renovated the inside design to be a shabby chic mountain cottage, so enjoy your stay. You will have access to the entire house, yard and the first garage stall. The house is just down the street from the local grocery store, an Ace Hardware and gas station. A laundromat is just down the hill on main street as well as restaurants and a local brewery. Parking is in the first stall garage if your transportation fits, i.e. motorcycles or compact cars. You may park on the street across from the house, just be sure to not block the neighbors driveways. And there is parking just down the street in the parking spaces in front of the city park. The front porch light does stay on full time. Enjoy the backyard and the beautiful nature, just be cautious of the terrain and please have supervision if you do have children exploring. wifi in the home 1 Pet allowed only with a $100 per pet fee and pets must be kenneled when left alone in the home, a 70lbs limit for your pet size. Any guests staying without paying this fee will not be allowed back and will have this reflected in their review. There is a $500 fee for any kind of smoking in the house
