Bedroom; twin bedroom with hanging space, storage and full length mirror. An extra bed can be added in the lounge area for an additional fee. Please note that the third bed will slightly compromise the living space. Washroom; beautiful modern bathroom with toilet, sink, heated towel rail and large shower (with shower seat!). Lounge/kitchenette/diner; large open plan area, perfect to relax in with a cup of tea. Guest access Guests have access to the entire annexe and pretty garden with secluded patios.
