The CASA GIULIA DI SOTTO apartment, renovated in 2019 and located on the ground floor, is a portion of an ancient farmhouse located in the heart of Chianti Classico. It is surrounded by the vineyards of Villa Calcinaia, an estate owned by the Capponi Counts since 1524. The apartment is 500 meters from the shared pool, open from May to October. The apartment has an outdoor area with a table and chairs where guests can dine and enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. The space The apartment consists of a kitchen with a fireplace and induction stove and a double bedroom from which you can access the large bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold, use is included in the price) and a washing machine. Guest access Unpaved access road (access with particularly low cars is not recommended). Parking is available in front of the apartment.
