Cute and quiet small house, big green garden (1200 mq) with an outdoor stone table and sun chairs (1200 mq). Beautiful open view into the valley and the surrounding mountains. The house is furnished with charm. Aranno is not far from Ponte-Tresa in Italy (12km) and Lugano city center (15km). The space - Grill and ping-pong table for fun nights - The outside sitting area is light and has an power outlet - WIFI connection available - Shower & toilet on the ground floor and bathtub & toilet on the second floor - Washing machine and tumbler in separate room - Dishwasher in the kitchen Guest access The whole house can be used without restrictions. We ask visitors to use everything with care. There are two empty wardrobes for use. Other things to note Swimming: At Maglio the bravest (and of course children) can bathe in the fresh mountain water (Aranno forge/ 4km). At Kurhaus in Cadermario there are pool and spa amenities (3km). At Agno or Caslano you can bathe in the lake of Lugano (real name: Ceresio) Groceries: In Aranno there are no shopping malls. The closest is at Cademario (3km). A big Migros, Coop or Aldi are found in Agno which is on the way to Prumé/ Aranno (10km). In Ponte-Tresa in Italy (12km) there are further shops.
