Our house is surrounded by meadows, fields and beautiful, old Tyrolean farms, in a wonderfully quiet panoramic location, on the sunny side of Alpbach, a few minutes' walk from the town center and is ideal for hikers, athletes, families, connoisseurs. The beautiful garden with fantastic views of the Tyrolean mountains is inspiring; children's playground with slide, trampoline and swing, guest herb garden. The center/shops/restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes. The space approx. 61 m²; for 2 – 6 people; two bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed. Spacious kitchen and living room with a generous dining table, cozy corner bench, flat-screen TV and satellite TV, DVD player, radio, large game collection. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove/oven with ceramic hob. Other kitchen equipment: coffee machine, coffee filter, kettle, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, salt, pepper, sugar, dish towels, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, Wettex. Bathroom with rain shower, toilet, hairdryer, towels, soap dispenser. North balcony with beautiful views of the local mountain of Alpbach "Gratlspitz": The kitchen and living room as well as a bedroom have access to the balcony. We are happy to provide our youngest guests with a cot with duvet, high chair and changing mat free of charge. Guest access Children's playground with slide, trampoline and swing, private guest herb garden Other things to note Depending on the season, you will receive many inclusive services free of charge; in winter: e.g. free sled rental, in summer: e.g. Alpbacher mountain railways, entrance to the Höfemuseum, to various lakes, etc. The city tax of €3.50/night/person (over 15 years old) is collected in cash on site. Minimum stay 4-7 nights, sometimes only possible from Saturday to Saturday
