Welcome to the 150m2 house with a covered terrace of 90m2 and a 72m2 swimming raft on the Sava, Novi Beograd embankment. The house is located 5km from the main turntable in block 45 on Nbgd, has a direct paved driveway from the Sava embankment and private parking. It is ideal for families or a group of friends, and is also suitable for celebrations of up to 60 guests. The house can sleep 10 people, has 2 bathrooms and a toilet. Along the terrace is a barbecue house with an additional kitchen. On the raft are sun loungers and bathing props. We are waiting for you. The space In beautiful landscape on Sava river lies green river house (150m2), 5km from tram/bus terminus in New Belgrade (Block 45). It is better for you to have a car, but If you don’t, taxi can be provided to take you to down town directly for approx. 15 euros/per ride. You can also come by boat, that can be tied on our boat deck. It takes only 15-20 min to reach Belgrade downtown ports. On the first level of the house is living room whit 1 double bead and 2 single bed, kitchen, bathroom and terrace overlooking the river. On the second level is living room with 2 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and one bathroom. House easily accommodate up to 10 people. In the ground floor is big cover terrace (90m2) with barbecue house and outdoor kitchen ideal for celebration up to 60 persons. In front of the terrace is a spacious river float 12x6m with sun loungers. You can have good time sunbathing, swimming, fishing, jogging and loving nature, away from city noise. Ideal for family vacation and groups of friends. In Ten kilometers range are two largest shopping centers ‘Delta city’ and ‘Usce’, two largest business centers ‘Airport city’ and ’YU business center’, one of the largest halls in Europe ‘Arena hall’, known for concerts and good parties.Belgrade airport 'Nikola Tesla' is very close. Other things to note Considering the location of the house, I recommend having a car, because it is difficult to schedule a taxi ride to pick you up from the house.
