Hello dear guest, my apartment is nice for couples, singles, adventurer and business trips. Its located very central and is close to the train station & bus stop and also to the University of Witten, the University of Bochum and the University of Dortmund. From here you can easily visit Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Bochum, Oberhausen and Essen. You will love the big rooms, the high ceiling, your sun filled room and the cozy apartment The space The 109-square-meter apartment has everything you need to work and enjoy a comfortable stay. All the rooms are large and the ceilings are high. The apartment is on the ground floor and used to be a bakery. The house is from the 19th century and the apartments above were bombed in WW2, except this apartment, that is why it still has 4.3 meter high ceilings and these beautiful tiles. The cozy room is the perfect retreat for 1-2 people. Tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, the room invites you to relax or work. The natural light coming in through the large windows creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guest access You have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with washing machine and fast WiFi. A tram stop and a bus stop in the close proximity also allow for flexible mobility. During your stay On arrival, you will receive an introductory tour of the apartment personally or on the phone, so that you can quickly settle in and enjoy your stay to the fullest.
