Quinta 15 minutes from Lisbon

It is a property with several fruit trees such as oranges, lemons, nuts, tangerines, figs, kiwis... The Quinta is decorated simply, with taste. Fully equipped! It's the ideal place to spend a few days with your family. About 15 minutes from Lisbon, it is a very quiet place with a fantastic view of the company of the plains! About 1.5 km away, you have access to supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, restaurants. Guest access Guests will have access to the swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. There is a small game room with a foosball table, ping-pong table, billiard table, jacuzzi and treadmill. Other things to note Quinta da Mangarreira is a property of about 11 ha in size with fruit trees that you can use for personal use. On the property there are 2 houses: the main one, where you will be staying and another, smaller one, where the caretaker, his wife and son live. We are sure they will not bother you, and they can provide some help for whatever you need. There are 2 very affectionate dogs on the property, Bobby and Brigas. If you have any problems with their presence, please let us know so we can resolve this issue. Dogs don't come into the house. You will have access to the swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna and Jacuzzi. The Turkish bath and sauna cannot be used at the same time.
 The water on the farm is not suitable for drinking, we will leave bottled water. You will find the beds made, bath towels and pool towels (which can also be used in the Turkish bath, sauna or Jacuzzi). 1 – General Rules Before you leave the farm, please check that all the lights are off. Please do not leave towels on the floor; you can leave them in the laundry baskets in the bathrooms.
 Please use the toilets' wastebaskets as often as possible. If you find that something isn't working, let us know.
 If during your stay you break or damage anything, please let us know. 2 - GARBAGE Please put the trash in the bin next to the kitchen door or on the street near the farm entrance gate. 3 - SAFETY
 Please never leave doors open. Whenever you leave the house, you must close all doors and windows. The owner is not responsible for your belongings. 4 – SWIMMING POOL
 The use of the pool is the sole responsibility of the users.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
It is forbidden to access the pool with street shoes, as well as eating, drinking or smoking. 5 – CLEANING Please make sure you don't leave any dishes unwashed. Put them in the respective machine.
 No smoking inside the house.
Please do not leave cigarette butts in the garden, there are ashtrays in the barbecue area. 6 - CHECK-OUT
