The open plan living space features a sofa bed which can open up for 2 extra guests. It features a beautiful terrace with Emu outdoor furniture, the perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals or to read a book. The kitchen is Italian designed and made featuring brand new appliances including a NESPRESSO coffee maker and our signature crockery. The bathroom is all completely brand new and the shower is very spacious with 2 shower heads. The bed is especially comfy perfect for a restful nights sleep and has been designed and made by Italian artisans. We have created our own personalised towels and sheets to give that extra special touch. We have put a lot of thought into all the details to make this a fantastic place to stay and we hope you will love this space as much as we do! Guest access Guests will have complete privacy and have full access to the apartment during their stay. Other things to note This apartment is located on the 3rd floor and the building DOES have a lift. Check in is available from 15.00 - 00.00 (midnight), however, check ins after 20.00 will incur a late check in fee of 40€, to be paid upon arrival. Stays longer than 7 days will be required to add a weekly cleaning and change of linens and towels for a fee of 40€, to be paid in cash for each additional week.
