Avalon Kilkenny City Cosy Home with Parking

My home is a stylish 3 bedroom semi-D house (1 bedroom private use) with a lush evergreen enclosed garden all of which is entirely for guests. I am closeby if needed. The house has Superfast fibre WIFI, 2 secure car parking spaces front of home in a private estate within 20 mins walk to city centre but you can go by Bolt/Bus too. Guests enjoy excellent hospitality as this is my specialism. As well as a fully stocked kitchen I leave treats :-) and only offer the highest quality linens/towels. The space My home is the perfect base for exploring all that the fabulous Medieval Kilkenny City and surrounding area has to offer, with distinctive pubs, cafes, museums, cinemas and Michelin star restaurants and of course the Medieval Kilkenny Castle literally on your doorstep. Eat, drink and wander around the bedazzlingly beautiful cobble-locked Medieval City with Lyrath Estate Hotel & Spa 5 mins by car or enjoy a gig at Cillin Hub or Nowlan Park GAA centre closeby, or drive to Thomastown to the amazing Mount Juliet estate and Golf course of Masters Golfing fame. Johnswell Golf course 5 minute walk from the house and Gowran race course a short drive away. There is simply so much to see and do that you won't know where to begin! But the Smithwicks tour is one of my favorites and make sure you experience Butler's slip on the way down to Kieran's street to visit the infamous Kytelers INN. Beware you were warned! An excellent breakfast/lunch can be enjoyed at the Fig Tree, again one of my Favs or dine/wine at Rive Gauche. Guest access You will have access to the whole house (apart from one private bedroom), the 2 space car parking directly out front of the home and the secure completely enclosed south facing mature lush evergreen garden complete with garden furniture to enjoy the bright sunshine and partake of some private outdoor dining Al Fresco style! What a treat! Other things to note There will be the usual necessary amenities available to make your stay most memorable and enjoyable: 2 Smart TV's, Fibre WIFI, Netflix, hairdryers, toiletries, clean towels & bed linen, extra pillows, tea & coffee, and the cupboards are stocked with various food necessities as well as some groceries in the kitchen/fridge to make yourself really at home :-) Enjoy a smoothie made with the blitzer or a bespoke coffee to your taste from the coffee machine.
