An independent 2 floor annex with its own private entrance joined to an old Lauragais farmhouse. There is one place to eat outside by the pond full of waterlilies and one just outside the front door under the acacia trees. The property is situated on a ridge overlooking the Pyrenees on one side and rolling farmland on the other. The space The annex has an independent front door and comprises of two floors. Downstairs a lving room, small dining area and a full kitchen with a bar and stools for eating. Upstairs there is one double bedroom with double bed, one single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Guest access Coming out of the proerty turning right, one goes through the village of Le Faget down to the N126, the man road between Castres and Toulouse. Other things to note There is a swimming pool available from 08.00 am to 5.30 pm,withoutside sunbeds with mattress as well as ping pong and darts. The Annex has its own front and back door and free parking. It is situated 20 minutes from Revel, 45 minutes from Toulouse, one hour from Albi, 3h30m from Bordeaux and 4 hours from Barcelona.
