The double bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite shower room. The single back bedroom has a queen sized bed and opens onto the back garden. The bathroom has a toilet, bath and shower. Upstairs the open plan living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen, living area and dining area with access to a balcony. There is also a toilet upstairs. There is an enclosed garden at the back and side of the house making it very safe for children and dogs. The N. I tourist board have awarded the property the ‘We’re Good To Go’ certificate which confirms that we have agreed to comply with Covid-19 safety guidelines. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and an enclosed garden with a reserved space for parking a car. There is space for additional cars in the visitor parking area. The garden is fully enclosed and perfect for children to enjoy and safe for dogs. The premises are pet friendly. Other things to note We have a safe for storage of valuables and we have a garden shed which can be used to store golf gear etc. This is also where you will find a bbq and beach gear (buckets & spades, wetsuits etc) for your use.
