SUMMER STAY-CATION IN THE HEART OF CHICHESTER

10 minutes from west wittering beach in the heart of Chichester this 3 story cottage makes for the perfect summer holiday. Picture perfect beaches, idyllic harbours, south downs and English country side this is the ideal location for this years 'staycation'! A beautiful 3 story town house in the heart of Chichester city centre. Just a short walk to the restaurants, coffee shops, theatre, cathedral, farmers markets- The house is perfect for couples, families, friends and small dogs. The space This spacious airy house is set over three floors, sleeping 6 guests very comfortably in the 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor you'll find a beautiful 6 seating farmhouse table at the front of the house, a spacious living room with 40" tv, sofa and comfy soft armchairs. A fully functioning kitchen where you can cook is at the rear, a downstairs toilet and a small secure south facing courtyard garden that's a real sun trap. Ideal for small children/dogs to safely play! First floor has two large bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two singles. Second floor has a small cosy bedroom with double bed and large family bathroom with walk in shower and separate luxurious roll top bath to the rear. The house is newly furnished and decorated. There is permit parking outside the house which is free after 5pm and all day Sunday's, Cattle market and festival theatre car parks are close by and offer long stay parking for just £5 per day or you can find free on street parking slightly out of the town centre if you don't mind a 10min walk! We supply lovely shampoo & conditioner, organic natural hand washes, toilet rolls, laundry detergent, and kitchen necessities (Fresh coffee, English breakfast tea, herbal tea, organic cows milk, olive oil, salt & pepper.) Should you need any extras before you arrive (eg-highchair, rollaway bed, toys, dog bed etc) I encourage you just to get in touch and I will always try to accommodate. Guest access All of the house is yours as we live just 10 minutes outside of town. Other things to note The most ideal property for a summer here in the UK. The list is endless for things to do and see whether you like exploring beautiful beaches, canoeing in the harbour, sailing, picnicking, bike riding, strawberry picking, strolling the local farmers markets or simply visiting the historic city our cottage has you in the right location. We are taking every precaution with Covid-19 cleaning guidelines and the house is thoroughly cleaned and then sanitised before and after each guest. Including all bedding, towels, appliances, kitchen equipment. Your safety and wellbeing is very important to us.
