This private room is located a few metres from the Port overlooking the container area - a short distance from Intramuros, the Divisoria and Binondo China Town, close to US Embassy, Dept of Immigration, SM Manila etc). Room has two single beds, is a private room with own kitchenette / bathroom / 32 inch smart TV with streaming. Room is exclusive to you. Guest access The main transportation in the community is tricycle, which goes to 2 different routes 1. Divisoria- a commercial center in Tondo, Manila known for its shops that sell low-prices goods. 2. Pier South, this terminal is walking distance to Intramuros a historic must be visited place, a home to Spanish era. Pier south is also your way from Baseco if you are heading to National Museum, Mall of Asia and Airport side. If required we have a private car who can take to your destination for a fee. Other things to note Overnight street parking is challenging to locate, please coordinate with our caretaker who may be able to help you locate.
