Located a 5-minute walk from the train station (with the 2 tram lines C and D as well as buses) and a 15-minute walk from the Capucins market, it is a through house nestled at the end of an atypical and quiet cul-de-sac. We live in it all year round and rent it when we are on vacation, so it is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. ** Exceptionally, the house is available from August 16 to 22, 2025, following a last-minute cancellation ** The space On the ground floor, a large main room of approximately 70 m2 with open kitchen and small south-facing garden, a TV room/4th bedroom, toilet. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower and bathtub), and 1 former children's bedroom reconfigured into a workspace for 2 people. Bright, spacious and very well-located house. Guest access Located south of Bordeaux, it is very easily accessible from Saint-Jean train station (5-minute walk) or by road, it is also close to the city center (15-20 minutes from the hyper-center on foot, or 10 minutes by bike). To park your vehicle for free, we provide you with our subscription, there is plenty of parking space. We try to welcome guests. If that's not possible, we have a lockbox. Other things to note We also provide our bicycles, a high chair and 1 baby bed, as well as free parking for 1 vehicle throughout the Bordeaux Sud area (convenient for parking in front of the house but also going shopping). We choose not to charge for cleaning. However, cleaning and preparation of beds are done between each rental by our housekeeper. We ask guests to take care of the home as if it were their own.
