Quiet studio with terrace, 5 minutes from Porto-Vecchio

Independent 25 m² studio with a separate bedroom and a real bed for added comfort. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine). Living room with two armchairs and TV. Wooden terrace with garden furniture and BBQ, forest views. There is a nearby departmental road that can generate light traffic during rush hours. Great for a quiet stay close to the beaches and the center. The space The studio is not overlooked (but there is my parents' house and mine on the property.) Its view of the forest of oak trees and the flora of the maquis provides a feeling of calm and serenity. Note the presence of cats on the property but they are not very sociable with strangers so do not pose a problem. Just be careful not to run them over and look under your car before you start. Porto-Vecchio is 6 km away, the Bay of Santa Giulia is nearby, and Figari Airport is 15 minutes away. Access via a passable public road (it is recommended to drive slowly).
